Amy began her journey to understanding food and health when diagnosed with a super-sensitive allergy to corn and corn-derivatives.
Imagine a life where:
You cannot buy food in a grocery store.
Your health is a result of the food you eat.
Your chronic pain is 75% worse day-to-day because of food.
You have to remove not only food but products an some clothes due to allergic reactions.
Her allergy went beyond understanding the impact of food on her, and how the same ingredients were impacting EVERYONE'S health.
Today her keynote focuses on:
1. how these ingredients impact others health,
2. how to read ingredient labels to find things like Hidden Sugars and Salt
3. giving the audience the power to to decide how to use the information
The goal is education. As a food educator, Amy wants to give power back to the consumer to make their own decisions. She won't tell people what to eat. She does show them how to interpret and decode food ingredients and labels.
What to expect:
1. The 3 key takeaways will have some variation based on the audience. Consumers vs Medical Professionals will have different motivation for being in the audience.
2. Interactive presentations have always been a part of Amy's presentations. In this keynote, takeaway two is a game (designed for all audience types). We cover basics on what to look for then play game. This covers both virtual and in-person presentations.
3. Audience participation is important to Amy. When she started speaking in 2010 she learned quickly the importance of keeping people's attention. You will see various questions and thought provoking moments designed to keep people engaged and relating to the topic at hand.
Amy's depth of knowledge means she tailor this interactive presentation to any group, except maybe the corn lobby😉.
Each keynote is similar but experiences and stories will be changed to connect food, health, and performance back to audience.
consumers who are concerned about the food they eat
consumers who are focused on health, wellness, and fitness
medical professionals who want to learn the connection lab-created ingredients and medicine
dentists who want a better understanding of food and dental health
CEO's focused on employee retention and reducing absenteeism
HR departments looking to bring in a speaker for ERG groups to discuss food, health, and work performance.
Amy will always start a conversation with a dollar amount. We can go from there.
There are multiple options from buying Amy's book for the audience to allowing Amy the opportunity to discuss her product line (click here to see the store). Let's discuss and see what the best option is for you.

As of October 2022, I began to align my business with my original business plan with The Hidden Consumer and Hidden Consumers Consulting.
In October 2025, I made the decision to move away from Marketing and to focus on people and Professional Speaking.
The launch of my book on September 16, 2025 brought awareness for me on how much the knowledge I have to share is wanted right now.
Amy chose to be a Food Educator because her goal is not tell people what to eat but to allow each person to decide what is best for their family. She has many options for helping people on their journey to being healthier on their terms.
